This beautiful piece of Chinese Porcelain is hand painted and has vibrant colors of blue, green, red and yellow with botanical motifs. Hand painted markings on the bottom of the jar show that this piece is from the Quinlong (Ch’ien-lung) Emperor of the Qing Dynasty between 1736 and 1795. This is an original piece and not a more modern reproduction as special aspects of the marking show a five prongs on the “fork” and not 3 as is typical of the reproduction pieces.
