Vintage Design
Colorful mosaic and brass coffee table by the artist Berthold Muller. All of Berthold Muller’s creations are unique. The mosaic tiles are arrayed in a beautiful abstract design, reminiscent of modern art of the period. The table top is in great condition. The border is made of solid brass.
Born in Oerlinghausen near Bielefeld in 1893, Berthold Müller began his studies of sculpture under Hans Perathoner at the Bielefeld College of Arts and Crafts in 1910 while still a schoolboy.
