Vintage Design
A fine quality Georgian twin pier cabinet dating to the 19th century.
Made from solid rosewood and mixed woods the cabinet has double glazed doors to the front which are flanked by fluted pillars. The top has decorative carving and the base is set on elegant turned feet. The doors are lockable but sadly the key has been lost somewhere in time, the ones shown are purely decorative.
The interior houses fixed shelves which have beading near the back allowing plates to be displayed. The interior has been newly refinished in black velvet.
The wood is beautiful, richly figured rosewood which has a French polished finish.
