We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely English flamed mahogany circa 1920 Art Deco revolving bookcase table A good looking and well made piece, the timber cuts are exquisite, they look to be Honduras mahogany which is super fine, you find the same timber on some of the most expensive pianos in the world, its now a protected species so can’t be used for making furniture anymore In terms of the condition it has been deep cleaned and that’s it, the finish is perfect, it has the most wonderful patina Dimensions Height:- 88cm Width:- 59cm Depth:- 59cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
