A British Colonial rosewood chest of drawers from the early 20th century. This antique chest from India is made of rosewood, giving it a beautifully rich presence. Egg-and-dart trim carvings accentuate the top lip and lower skirt. The cabinet houses two halved-drawers at the top and three graduated and dovetailed drawers beneath, providing you with ample storage. The piece is presented upon four bun style carved feet. Please note that there is an older repair to the top (refer to additional images for further detail). This early 20th century British Colonial rosewood chest is nicely sized, standing just shy of four feet tall.
