An absolutely superb English-made Vintage set of ten brass inlaid Regency Revival dining chairs dating from the late 20th century. These chairs have been masterfully hand crafted in beautiful solid flame mahogany throughout and the finish and attention to detail on display are truly breathtaking. The set comprises eight side chairs and two armchairs all of which feature attractive floral brass inlaid bar back design with hand carved decoration and ‘drop in’ seats that are upholstered in the finest black polka dot fabric. THE BOTANICAL NAME FOR THE MAHOGANY THESE ITEMS ARE MADE OF IS SWIETENIA MACROPHYLLA AND THIS TYPE OF MAHOGANY IS NOT SUBJECT TO CITES REGULATION. Condition: In excellent condition having been beautifully cleaned, polished waxed and reupholstered in our workshops, please see photos for confirmation.
